Play and Learn at Annapolis had a special visitor or April 22, Governor Larry Hogan! In honor of Earth Day, Governor Hogan, along with the children and teachers at Play and Learn at Annapolis, spent the morning planting! This was a memorable event for all and we hope everyone was able to view it on WJZ Channel 13 news!
