PAYMENT INFORMATION: Please note that it is the parent's responsibility to know their account balance prior to submitting a 1-time payment by credit card. Play Centers, Inc./Play and Learn will not be responsible for underpayments that may result in a balance fee being billed to your account nor for credit card charges processed for the incorrect program.

Our credit card processor uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

PRIVACY POLICY: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Our credit card processor may collect personally identifiable information when you visit their site. They also automatically receive and record information on their server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. They will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. In addition, Play Centers,Inc./Play and Learn will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

REFUND POLICY: As stated on the Play Centers, Inc./Play and Learn registration contracts, payment for unused days, for whatever reason, will not be refunded. No substituions may be made for scheduled days a child is absent or for days the center is closed. Overpayments of $10.00 or less at the conclusion of the contract will not be returned or applied to future fees.
